Plain Text UML
PlantUML is an open-source tool allowing users to create diagrams from a plain text language. --> Wikipedia
It does not create the diagrams (see also Plant UML to SVG).
To visualize the PUML files I recommnd using a PlantUML plugin for VS Code.
